Employees hired for Remote or Work From Home positions may be provided with the necessary work equipment and setup required to perform their job responsibilities effectively. This policy outlines the terms governing Company-issued equipment and the Setup Security Deposit.

1. Work From Home Equipment

Employees hired for Remote or Work From Home positions may be provided with the necessary work equipment and setup required to perform their job responsibilities effectively.

2. Equipment Provided

The setup provided may include a laptop, desktop computer, monitor, headset, keyboard, software licenses, internet support devices, and other work-related accessories as determined by the Company.

3. Setup Allocation Criteria

The type, configuration, and value of the setup may vary depending on employee designation and department, salary package, job role and responsibilities, location and city of employment, and operational requirements of the Company.

4. Setup Security Deposit

To ensure the safety and accountability of Company assets, employees may be required to pay a refundable Setup Security Deposit before equipment is dispatched.

5. Deposit Amount

The deposit amount may vary based on the value of the equipment and the employee's assigned work setup.

6. Refund Process

The Setup Security Deposit is fully refundable and is generally processed within 10 to 15 working days after the employee successfully completes onboarding and verification requirements.

7. Early Refund Requests

Employees may request an early refund of their Setup Security Deposit after receiving the equipment. Such requests will be reviewed by the Company and, where applicable, may be processed without affecting employment status or work responsibilities.

8. Purpose of Deposit

The Setup Security Deposit is not a fee or charge for employment. It serves only as a temporary security amount related to the allocation and management of Company assets.

9. Ownership of Equipment

All equipment and materials provided by the Company remain the exclusive property of the Company and must be returned upon resignation, termination, or whenever requested by the Company.

10. Employee Responsibilities

The employee agrees to maintain Company equipment in good condition and use it only for official work purposes.

11. Policy Updates

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this policy at any time based on operational requirements and business needs.

12. Employee Acknowledgement

By accepting employment and receiving Company-issued equipment, the employee acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Work From Home Setup Deposit Policy.
