Work From Home Equipment and Company Property Policy

Company Equipment Usage & Return Guidelines

The Company may provide employees with work-from-home equipment and resources, including but not limited to laptops, desktop computers, monitors, headsets, keyboards, software, internet support devices, and other tools necessary for performing assigned duties.

1. Company Ownership

All equipment, devices, software, and materials provided by the Company remain the sole property of the Company at all times.

2. Authorized Use

Employees are permitted to use Company-provided equipment only for official work-related purposes. Personal use, commercial use, unauthorized sharing, or misuse of Company property is strictly prohibited.

3. Responsibility for Equipment

Employees are responsible for maintaining and protecting all Company-issued equipment from damage, theft, loss, or unauthorized access.

4. Restrictions on Transfer or Modification

Employees shall not sell, transfer, modify, pledge, or allow any third party to use Company property without prior written authorization from the Company.

5. Return of Company Property

Upon resignation, termination of employment, completion of the contract, or upon request by the Company, the employee must immediately return all Company-issued equipment, documents, data, software, identification cards, and other Company property in good working condition.

6. Failure to Return Equipment

Failure to return Company property may result in legal action and/or recovery of the replacement cost, repair expenses, or any damages incurred by the Company.

7. Confidential Information

Any confidential information, files, software, or data stored on Company devices remain the exclusive property of the Company and must not be copied, disclosed, or retained after employment ends.

8. Employee Acknowledgement

By accepting Company-issued equipment, the employee acknowledges and agrees to comply with this policy and all related Company rules and procedures.
